Yelling over the balcony-
Please do not coach your child over the balcony.  I have had several
complaints from parents and my other coaches about this.  I know that you
really want your kids to be the best they can be, but we have to make sure
they are safe.  We will let your kids try new skills on their own when
they are ready.  Rushing this process risks physical injury and can cause
"mental" problems.  If your kid falls hard, it is not always easy getting
her to try again.  Please do not make one of the coaches embarrass you and
your child by removing you from the balcony.
